Hundreds of homes have been damaged or destroyed by wildfires in Colorado.
As firefighters continue to bring the blaze under control, Colorado-based DISH Network has announced that it is prepared to help those affected by the worst wildfires in state history.
In the wake of natural disasters, DISH customers can receive special waivers and pause their service. Specifically, DISH subscribers can:
- Pause their DISH service and account
- Waive equipment fees for lost or damaged equipment
- Waive installation fees when ready to resume service
Affected subscribers can call DISH customer service at 800-333-DISH when they are ready to review their account.
