In its recent article on 7 Ways to Cut the Cost of Cable TV, Kiplinger writes, “Dish Network’s cheapest plan is $19.99 a month versus $39.99 for Comcast’s basic cable TV plan.” DISH also offers a free Hopper HD DVR for qualified plans, along with free high-definition channels.
