We specifically told you we were looking for the same setup we had with AT T two receivers one wireless. You assured us that s what we would get. When the technician showed up today the order was for two hard wired receivers. We were required to pay an additional 50 to have the wireless unit installed that should have been included in our order per our conversation with you Wednesday. Not knowing whether there was a mistake on the work order or a deliberate misrepresentation by you over the phone we decided to check our account summary online. It showed that the bill would be 103.99. You told us that the total bill all equipment included would be 81.99 plus tax. Can you explain the discrepancy in the billing information below Hopefully we can get this issue resolved or we will be required to take further action. We found this whole experience with you and Dish Network to be very disappointing and look forward to hearing from you or someone at Dish Network directly ASAP. | Answer1: Dish compares very poorly to AT T.
